2) Will this work for Legit Windows, Daz Loader Windows, Chew WGA, Hazar, etc...?
Yes!
3) What about KB971033 or WAT?
You will be fine.
4) Are the updates safe?
Yes, I test the updates before a pack release!
5) Do i have to disable Windows Updates? (Disable = set windows update to never check for updates)
Yes!
For each computer you have at home or office "windows update" will use your internet connection for updates, slowing your internet connection.
Make sure you set your computer to "never check for internet updates" properly. (Dont disable the main update service)
6) Is this a monthly update?
Yes
7) What is the goal of this utility?
This utility does not promote piracy, its just a tool for those of us that always have to update systems and dont want to slow the internet connection.
