Elizabeth's miss Jane and her preserve, Bingley, untaped nearby; her hypostasis visits oftentimes; there is sanguine gossip about the prospects of wedlock for Darcy's sister Georgiana. Then, on the eve of the shot, the noble idyll is shattered. A car careens up the journey carrying Lydia, Elizabeth's shamed fille, who with her spouse, the real uncertain Wickham, has been illegal from Pemberley. She stumbles out of the perambulator, hysterical, shrieking that Wickham has been murdered. With shocking suddenness, Pemberley is plunged into a frightening secret.
